Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-10-14 · WaveCode LLC

WaveCode Studio is a workspace for finishing songs. This page explains what the app stores, why, and how to remove it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we store

What we do with it

Only run the service. Your data is used to show your songs back to you, keep them in sync across your devices, and fix bugs. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, build profiles from it, or use it to train anything. There are no ads and no third-party analytics in the app.

Microphone

The app asks for microphone access only when you tap record, to capture a take or a voice note into a song. Nothing is recorded in the background, and recordings go only where you put them.

Where it lives

Everything is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage) on Google Cloud servers in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Crash reports go to Sentry. Those are the only third parties that process your data, and each does so only on our instructions.

Deleting your data

You can delete any song from inside the app, which removes its audio, comments, lyrics, and history. You can delete your whole account from the Profile screen; that removes every song you own and your account record, permanently and immediately. If you would rather we do it, email us from the address on your account.

Children

WaveCode Studio is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the effective date above moves and the app will tell you on your next sign-in.
